1 and 1/2 cup of unsalted Tosteds
1 cup of water
1 tsp of sea salt
3 tbsp of date paste.
First make your date paste:
soak 1 cup of pitted dates in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes. Remove dates from water. In a food processor put your soaked dates, a few tbsp of water and 1 tsp vanilla. Blend until creamy.
Next soak the 1&1/2 cup of unsalted Tosteds in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes. Drain off any excess water and put the soaked Tosteds into the blender.
Now add 1 tsp of sea salt and your 3tbsp of date paste you made earlier.
Blend until smooth :).
